The story
A jar with provenance.
From the Malabar coast, where the line between sea, sky and pepper vine blurs. Coconuts are cracked, scraped, pressed and bled twice — first milk for body, second for sweetness. Curry leaves are hot-bloomed in coconut oil until they sizzle, then folded in whole.
